PAYMENT POLICY

At Breathe Pilates, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent payment experience for our clients. Here are the details of our payment policy:

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and [any other methods, e.g., mobile payments].

Packages: All session packages must be paid for in advance. All packages must be used within two months of purchase. Prices are listed on our website, and any special offers will be communicated via email and social media.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your session at least [12 hours] prior. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of session credit.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for sessions that have already been taken or for unused session credits. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

What to Bring

Attire: Comfortable form-fitting clothes. We recommend “grippy” socks to allow for traction on the equipment and to help maintain cleanliness.

Water: The studio provides a water cooler for your convenience.

Children: Please note that our studio is designed for adults, and we do not allow children in the session. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us maintain a focused environment for all participants.
